At ToolsNow.com we offer shipping through UPS. Most orders will ship via UPS ground, but Air services are available at an additional cost. Shipping costs are estimated. In case of a discrepancy, you will be contacted with the additional shipping cost.
Our standard order processing time is 1-3 business days. The majority of our orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Most orders are received within one week from the time your order was placed. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, you will be sent electronic notification indicating that your order has been placed on hold. ToolsNow.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs if a split shipment is requested. Orders that are being paid for by check will be held 10 (ten) days from the date we recieve the check before being processed.
If you have requested and paid for a quicker shipping method, such as UPS 2nd day air, this refers to the time it takes UPS to get the package through their system. We still require our standard order processing time to process your order before it is shipped. We ship orders on a first in - first out basis.
If you have requested and paid for a quicker shipping method, such as UPS 2nd day air, UPS Next Day Air, etc., these delivery times are guaranteed by UPS, NOT TOOLS NOW. If your item does not arrive in the specified time we will request a refund from UPS for your shipping cost. If the delivery is delayed by conditions beyond UPS's control, they will not refund your shipping cost. We cannot be held responsible for this type of delay and you will not get a shipping refund.

For items weighing over 150 pounds, we offer freight service at a discounted rate. For freight quotes or to explore other shipping options please contact one of our Sales Associates at 1-800-445-0089 between 9:00am-4:30pm (CST), Monday - Friday. We must have a daytime phone number on your order for the freight company to arrange delivery.
