This
warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser
and is nontransferable. Tools Now warranty does not apply to products
that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by anyone other
than a ToolsNow.com authorized representative. Normal wear and tear are
not covered under warranty.
Tools Now reserves the right as final
authority on whether the product should be repaired or replaced.
Enclose with the return, a copy of the original sales slip showing the
date and place of purchase. Defective parts or products must be
returned to receive free repair or replacement.
Transportation
(either UPS or Motor Freight) of return goods must be shipped freight

Tools
Now makes no other warranty and all implied warranties, including any
warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All
warranties are limited to the duration of the expressed warranty period
as set forth above. Tools Now maximum liability hereunder is limited to
the purchase price of the product. In no event shall Tools Now be
liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages of any nature
arising from the sale of the product.
Warranty Program
Tools
Now warrants to the orginal user all merchandise to be free of defects
in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of
purchase by such user. Tools Now shall at its option repair or replace,
free of charge, any products found to be defective upon company
inspection. On some items we will refer the purchaser to the
manufacturer for assistance for items covered under manufacturer
warranties.
Manufacturer's Warranties
Certain items
offered have a manufacturer's warranty that may extend beyond our 90 day
program. In the event defects are experienced in products offered by
these manufacturers, the original user is to return the product to an
authorized service center for repair or replacement, as outlined by the
manufacturer's warranty. Some items are shown as "Factory Serviced,"
this generally refers to a product that has been returned to the
manufacturer, inspected and serviced by the manufacturer, or an
authorized service center, tested and repackaged. "Factory Serviced"
merchandise is warranted by either the original manufacturer, or by us
as outlined in our warranty program.
Order Processing
Our
standard processing time is 5-7 business days. Most orders are
received by the customer within two weeks from the time your order was
placed. If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, you
will be sent electronic notification indicating that your order has been
placed on hold. Tools Now reserves the right to charge additional
shipping costs if a split shipment is requested.
Funds and Payment
All
item prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa ®, MasterCard ®,
Discover ® and check cards. In addition, we accept cashier's checks and
Money Orders. All orders begin processing once payment has been

When an order is
successfully placed through our website, you will receive an email
invoice of your order along with an order confirmation number. If you

Factory Serviced, Factory Re-Conditioned
These terms refers to a product that has been returned to the manufacturer, inspected, tested and repackaged.
"Factory Serviced" merchandise is warranted by the manufacturer.
"Factory Serviced" items will generally show some signs of use.
What's the Advantage of Buying a Factory-Reconditioned Product?
Factory-reconditioned
products offer great value, with prices typically much lower than
retail. Factory-reconditioned products are also of very high quality.
In fact, reconditioned items typically have very low return rates
compared to retail goods because they've been so carefully inspected.
(Quite often, manufacturers will inspect only one or two items out of
every "lot" of brand-new merchandise. A thorough inspection is given to
each and every factory-reconditioned product.)
