Order Processing

Our standard processing time is 2 - 3 business days. Most orders are received by the customer within 10 days from the time the order was placed. Orders that are being paid for by check will be held 10 (ten) days from the date we recieve the check before being processed.

If there are any unforeseen delays in shipping your order, you will be sent electronic notification indicating that your order has been placed on hold.

ToolsNow.com reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs if a split shipment is requested.

Funds and Payment

All item prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa ®, MasterCard ®, Discover ® and check cards. In addition, we accept cashier's, personal and business checks, and Money Orders. All orders begin processing once payment has been received. No Billing - COD's

When an order is successfully placed through our website, you will receive an email invoice of your order along with an order confirmation number. Substitution Policy

Colors and features may not always match those shown on our website. ToolsNow.com reserves the right to substitute items as necessary. If we can not fill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Sales Tax

It is Tools Now policy to charge applicable sales tax to all products delivered to addresses within the continental United States.

Factory Serviced, Factory Re-Certified, Re-Conditioned

This generally refers to a product that has been returned to the manufacturer, inspected and serviced by the manufacturer, or an authorized service center, tested and repackaged. "Factory Serviced" merchandise is warranted by either the original manufacturer, or by us as outlined in our warranty program.

"Factory Serviced" items will generally show some signs of use such as scuffs, scratches and surface blemishes. They have been used and will not have a "NEW" appearance. The tools will work for you or they will be replaced under warranty.

Most items come with a 90 day Factory Serviced Warranty. ToolsNow.com takes care of warranty issues during the inital 90 day period.
